Do you like your breakfast sweet or savory? For me it varies, but I usually tend to go for something sweet, like a smoothie. Otherwise, an easy avocado toast will do! Here is my simple avocado toast recipe!
2 slices of whole grain bread
1 Hass Avocado
1/2 juice of a lime
2 tbsps of chopped cilantro
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup spinach
sat and pepper to taste
Butter (I use the vegan brand, Earth Balance. This ingredient is optional, but it adds a nice kick!)
Toast 2 slices of whole grain bread
Mashed the avocado; and add the lime juice, cilantro, and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Butter your toast (again, optional but soo good!)
Add avocado mash to toast and top with fresh spinach!
