Can Exercise Reduce Anxiety? Here Is What The Research Says.


Research says that laughing for 2 mins can be just as healthy as a 20 minute jog. So now I stand aside in the park laughing at all the joggers. 😂

A study published in the journal Depression and Anxiety found that the risk of anxiety and other related disorders were less among people with high self-reported physical activity, compared with people who had low physical activity levels. "Increasing physical activity should be considered a priority on preventing mental and physical chronic conditions and reducing overall mortality", researchers wrote.


Here are a couple ways you can get moving to kick anxiety tp the curb!
