Vegan Protein Packed Berry Smoothie

Get your morning started with this tasty smoothie packed with protein, healthy carbohydrates, and healthy fats! A COMPLETELY balanced meal! It’s also 100% vegan and soy-free!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of your choice (I like to use almond/cashew/coconut)

  • 2 tbsp almond/peanut butter

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1.5 cup spinach

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use the Vanilla Bean Plant-based protein powder from Orgain. It's SO good https://amzn.to/2BLZlMe!)

  • 1/4 cup apple juice (optional, but gives a nice sweet kick)


Steps

  1. Add all ingredients together and blend until smooth

  2. Feel free to add more milk/water to give the consistency you like!




This recipe is around 400 calories, which is why it can be a complete meal, depending on your daily caloric needs. You can adjust the ingredients to you choose substitute the ingredients/measurements as necessary to meet your specific needs.
