Vitamin D & Deficiency: Things You Should Know

Updated: Oct 16, 2019

Sadly, we are becoming an indoor generation. We spend almost 90% of our life indoors. We have created indoor spaces we never want to leave. Nature is being replaced with gadgets, video games, and thus, sunlight is being replaced with artificial light.

On May 30, 2019, I did a live webinar on my Instagram and Facebook page all about the power of vitamin D. You can watch the replay of the live webinar by clicking this link https://www.facebook.com/SincerelyShans/videos/378121792815121/ . In this webinar I go into detail about how you can get sufficient amounts of vitamin D, sources of vitamin D, and also the drawbacks of not getting enough.

Have you ever been deficient in vitamin D? Do you know someone who might be? What were your doctor's recommendations? Did they work?
