Protein Packed Berry Smoothie - A Complete Breakfast!


Get your morning started with this tasty smoothie packed with protein, healthy carbohydrates, and fats! A completely balanced meal that’s easy to make if you are short on time! It’s also 100% vegan and soy-free!

Let’s get straight into the ingredients and steps!


  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of your choice (I like to use almond/cashew/coconut)

  • 2 tbsp almond/peanut butter

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1.5 cup spinach

  • 1 scoop protein powder (any protein powder will do! But like to use Spiru-tein or Vega)

  • 1/4 cup apple juice


  • Add all ingredients together and blend until smooth

  • Feel free to add more milk/water to give you the consistency you like!


This recipe is around 400 calories, therefore it can be considered a complete meal and will keep you full! Depending on the nut milk and the almond/peanut butter brand you choose, it may be more or less calories. Substitute the ingredients as necessary to meet your daily caloric needs.
