MEET YOUR NUTRITIONIST
My name is Shanon Whittingham and I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach. I work with organizations and individuals to provide health and nutrition services both in-person and online. After investigating the leading factors of obesity and weight gain in women during my graduate research, the Thriving Women Collective was created to provide women with an affordable way to foster a holistic approach to health. I have also teamed up with Dr. Challotine Cius-Bonds to help me lead all women towards optimal health (see below). I believe if women prioritize caring for their body, mind, and soul from within, it will lead to an optimally healthy lifestyle.

MEET YOUR DOCTOR
My name is Dr. Challotine Cius-Bonds and I am a board certified Naturopathic Doctor and Natural Health Practitioner. I have also studied herbology, nutritional consulting, holistic health, acupuncture, integrative medicine and alternative medicine. I don't believe in one size fits all medicine. I practice an individualized approach for my clients. My focus is on chronic illness and preventative healthcare, with an emphasis in women and children’s health. I have consulted to USDA/FDA facilities and worked on children's nutritional plans and food labeling. I have also consulted to food and health organizations, laboratory scientists and have an extensive background in marketing and design.
