MEET YOUR NUTRITIONIST
Hi, I am Shanon! I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach. I work with organizations and individuals to provide health and nutrition services both in-person and online. After investigating the leading factors of obesity and weight gain in women during my graduate research, the Thriving Women Collective was created to provide women with an affordable way to foster a holistic approach to health. I believe if women prioritize caring for their body, mind, and spirit from within, it will lead to an optimally healthy lifestyle. I often leverage my personal experience of overcoming low-self esteem, depression, and poor eating habits to help others see that health is a positive vitality, and not just the absence of disease. I hope you will become a part of the community!
